Pros
I really enjoyed the girls I got to work with. Very nice, friendly, and easy to work with. Definitely made some friends. The store itself is an amazing asset to mom's who can't always afford mall prices.
Cons
Terrible management. Horrible communication between management and employee in Rochester location. I was accused of stealing (which was 100 percent untrue),and publicly humiliated in front of Co workers and customers about it, had said stolen money deducted from my check. After a medical excuse was given I still got fired for missing work. I was texted one day that my shifts were covered and to get better soon, all wjile management bragged about firing me to other employees, I only found out about my termination when my husband entered the store one day and employees told him. Didn't receive any termination letter just a text a week after everyone else knew I was terminated. Terriblerrible establishment. All in all it's a scam to anyone who works there because the owner is sneaky and not truthful or forth coming with any employee. Things are barely done legally she cuts any corner possible. And her head management is no better.
