Disorganized and Lacking in Experience - Anonymous employee Kid Power, Inc. Employee Review

Very disorganized and a lack of communication. There's a good amount of turn over during the year and between years, so it feels like no one quite knows what's going on. Additionally, the lesson plans are written by Americorps members who, while trying their best, have no experience in lesson planning. Finally, there is an undue amount of administrative and busy work that feels unnecessary. While the idea behind Kid Power is admirable, it completely falls apart upon execution.
