Pros
- employees are given sufficient benefits - ceo cares about employee wellbeing and provides learning hubs to raise awareness for mental health etc to improve workplace environment - great people and artists to work with - can be accomodating to your schedule if you have too much on your plate - everyone is civil and very friendly to be with
Cons
- same as many other companies. Managment can be confusing at times. Higher ups within a production should communicate with the bottom line workers more often so they can plan their schedule (or even career) ahead
