      Pros

      Going through school and working at Kickback was made easy with extremely flexible hours as a part time worker. The pay was great, the work was enjoyable and the staff was extremely welcoming. Despite working in a different time zone from over 2000 miles away, I still felt like I was a part of the Kickback family. Loved every minute of working for Kickback.

      Cons

      The only downside was that the work got somewhat repetitive, but it wasn't bothersome.

      Pros

      The best reason to work at kickback is the communication from the designer to the engineer to the business leaders. It is always a clear cut path between them and they are always available to throw options at each other.

      Cons

      Since it is a start up most of the payment is done through stock options which are notoriously risky.
