      Pros

      My favourite thing about working at Kickback is you instantly become part of the family, everyone treats you with respect and kindness. I've never worked at a place that cared so much for my well-being; its a real honour to be apart of Kickback.

      Cons

      Some things that could be considered "cons" which i find very minimal is the time zones; living in different time zones makes it sometimes harder to communicate. Other then this minor issue, personally I am very proud to be working here.

      Pros

      The best reason to work at kickback is the communication from the designer to the engineer to the business leaders. It is always a clear cut path between them and they are always available to throw options at each other.

      Cons

      Since it is a start up most of the payment is done through stock options which are notoriously risky.
