      Pros

      Incredible company overall from the top down. The people, tech, product, culture...etc are all top notch. Best company I've personally worked for.

      Cons

      Really not much to include on the con side. Sometimes we have to wait a bit on tech/process updates but that is to be expected.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great position in a niche market, and great work-life balance

      Cons

      Previously, leadership had been more open and honest about the future of the company. Very little was said before or after recent layoffs. Given the recent acquisition announcement that makes sense, but that openness is something that used to be a big part of why I enjoyed working here.
