      Pros

      Safe, steady, secure .. I had a wonderful period working in Kharafi, however I was a lucky one working with the late President of the Group which gave me a chance to develop and improve 180 degree.

      Cons

      gossip, sometimes nothing to do, employees seems to have issues among each others. After the late president the whole group went down the hill
