      No pros for me at all

      Cons

      Stringing along POC via the interview processes as opposed to those who aren’t people of color. Lack of upward movement. Poaching is terrible there. Micromanagement w/ Leadership who lack emotional and logical intelligence

      - Completely unrealistic expectations, even though they are clear. - Cold calling factory. Leadership didn't care about quality but quantity. - Egotistical leadership.
