Pros
I started about six months ago and have an overall positive view of Kforce as a company, SF office, and my position here. Great Culture: This office is a very young, bubbly, positive, fun crowd. Although Kforce as a whole is a corporate " style company, the San Francisco office is very startup like. I love being around my coworkers both inside the office and outside in play. We have game days, happy hours, outside office events, catered breakfast/lunch on occasion. Management is great- I don't feel the need to hesitate addressing issues directly to management, the door is open and they are willing to hear what you have to say. The technical roles are challenging to work on initially but if you put in the extra time, you'll start to see your business flow and grow. Room for growth: yes Extremely flexible with hours, (ie remote options if you have drs appts, time off is flexible) If you get your work done, you're good to go. Some days you have to stay late, some you'll leave early. Typical hours are 8-5 give or take.
Cons
self - starter environment: if you're looking for someone to hold your hand and feed you, this probably isn't the right place. You definitely create your own future and are thrown out to learn a lot of things on your own, which is beneficial for some and not for others. Lack of typical San Francisco employment perks: gym, commute, quality food in office, little bit lower pay
