Great work environment, very collegial, collaboration is strongly encouraged to get things done.
Cons
High turnover among junior staff members, no formal management training program at the field level. Sales Managers are promoted through the ranks based off of productivity (revenue and sales) v/s whole leadership qualities/indicators found at similar organizations.
