Pros
Better than stay home. 7-10 bucks an hour. Good if nothing to do and wanna do for fun for short term.
Cons
Offers entry level wage but mentions in the job ad that requires experience in some areas and excellent skills in a few areas. No comnunication/supervision or resource engagement plan or headsup on project timeline but expect commitment. Basically you will be sitting there waiting for luck and they may tell you if they need you next week or not. If you are 'project' staff, your perfornance will be discussed via chat application among the full time exployees. If you are good thrn they may not replace you with others. So you must not do anything else in your life and must be committed whenever they come to you and tell you that you are needed tomorrow or next week. You will not be paid when there is no job but you will not know if you will gave income on the next day or next week or not. Can't plan your life. You cannot use phone, so if your family member is dying then you won't know until lunch break or when you come out of the studio and ready to go home. No project brief. No onboarding plan. No introduction of point of contacts for billing, HR, supervisor, project etc. You figure it out by yourself. Very poorly operated.
