      Massive amounts of favoritism, production managers have no skills to actual manage people and just sit in their office while production keeps messing up, a lot of turnover on production members

      Pros

      Keystone is growing fast with a lot of new exciting products coming up. Culture is decent if you know the right people

      Cons

      Production management is nonexistent. Operators get away with basically everything including 15 min bathroom breaks 5 times a day with no supervision.
