      The employee rent promotions were nice.

      Cons

      Cannot get employee benefits until a 90-day probation period is over. Can be terminated anytime with little to no reasoning given. Signs of heavy favoritism and lack of accountability from the upper management. If you are not "in," always keep on eye out.

      Pros

      Great medical benefits and great pay, the corporate office has always made sure I have what I need and made sure I am taken care of.

      Cons

      Social BS like anywhere else. Don't say anything to anybody unless you don't mind everyone knowing.
