The oil in the machinery that should enable collaboration, management most of the time operates instead as a glue. Clogging it up. Pay is far from competitive, there is no investment into the employees in terms of skilling them up. Location is a disaster, 35-45 minutes by subway from city center. If you feel ownership to your clients/customers your work life balance will suffer, and it will not be rewarded. Don't pick up other peoples slack.
