Terrible culture - Laborer Keysteel Employee Review

It's a very relaxed and quiet environment, no worries about management yelling at you or micromanaging of any sort. Wish there were more pros.

It's a very unorganized structure, no systems in place to track anything. No one speaks English fluently and only a few people are US citizens, none in management are. If you work 50 minutes and clock out, they won't pay you for not completing the hour. Overall they are very cheap when it comes to anything and all (expenses and wages). Production machines constantly breakdown leading to orders shipping late thus getting an earful from the customers. Customers are lost all the time due to bad service and delivery and management makes no attempt to correct the wrong.

Plenty of work , filling, bagging, palletizing , plastic rapping, decals organizing, and making enough for two flat bed trucks 53' long ( 16 pallets per ) in a 8 hour day and keeping a record of material made in that particular day.

Keeping employment at this site , it paid 13.00 hourly .
