Pros
For the most part the people that work at Keysight are competent, intelligent, and easy to get along with. You get to work on some cutting edge technology and I feel like the company generally tries to do right by its people.
Cons
Sometimes when business is tough management feels like they need to do "something" even when occasionally that "something" isn't necessarily productive. The mood can get a little anxious if numbers aren't being met, but I guess that is somewhat expected.
