- In reality, management doesn't care about anything except throughput - Quality and procedures only exist until they are inconvenient - Outsourced HR (admittedly better than the "sweep it under the rug" management) - Toxic workplace, including racism, bullying, baiting, cliques, suppression, and ostracism - Sexist, male dominated culture - Poor workload delegation - Minimal personal responsibility - Zero accountability - Spineless management (tell others to share bad news) - Poor pay for highly specialised work - Very limited career progression - Zero moral support from management
