Management structure doesn't listen to employees, employees within the company have hidden agenda, outdated hardware that makes processing events slow. Every person is micromanaged to the point of wanting to break. Career growth low with low pay. Most workers are contractors who just keep getting their roles extended without a full-time job offer.
