- High technical expertise in colleagues and with room to learn. - Working on a complex but very intersting fintech PaaS. - The Tech-stack / Platform+ CI/CD is very pleasant to work with in every day development. - Possibility of Hybrid Work - Good Canteen

I dont think there are any large ones. If i had to say something it would be that feedback can be spares, and you have to ask for it yourself. Also the work stations (IT Equipment) could be better.
