      The benefits are the best part. 401k, health and dental. Free lunch on Saturdays. The people are genuinely nice but cut throat. Location. Good place to learn.

      Pay below standard, high pressure and high expectations. High turnaround. No work life balance. Pay plan.

      Pros

      High caliber clients, staff, management and training. Brand new showroom, opportunities for growth and family oriented. Perks, advancement, and more. This is how to purchase or lease a luxury automobile. This is the place to start or continue a career.

      Cons

      Some days are slow for the unmotivated. Some days EVERYBODY comes at once to buy/lease a car. Some time you get so busy, you forget to relax for yourself. Parking is LIMITED.
