      - Great Development and Training - Structure to weeks is nice - Product portfolio is top of the line - Bulletproof CRM

      Cons

      - Metrics often more important than sales - Turn and burn retention - Hire straight out of college to mold into Keyence robot, and if you don't continue to drink the Koolaid- they will just hire another new college grad to develop into your soon to be open position - Have to play the corporate game to progress in career - Excessive goals
