Pros
Keyence has been a fantastic company to work for the past few years. They give you the tools and support you need to succeed and will quickly promote you which comes with increased compensation. They do not hire managers outside the company PERIOD so you always know those above you have been in your exact shoes and succeeded at their jobs. During COVID they quickly adapted and listened to what the employees wanted which has resulted in a hybrid work schedule built to give more flexibility.
Cons
How you are compensated can be ambiguous because commission is only part of you’re compensation and usually not the majority of your quarterly cash bonuses.
