Pros
The product is amazing and their business model is really effective. They focus on customer service and train their sales people to be intelligent organize sharks. You are booking 15 appointments with customers per week and finding opportunities not only for your product division but for your coworkers's one. The money is decent and you are surrounded by very smart and talented people. You feel secure in a very stable and growing company where I think you could wait for your retirement if you want.
Cons
Me as a gay person, didn't feel comfortable within their culture. It feels like a macho club where outside of the work they talk about women, whorehouses and soccer. It didn't feel inclusive at all to minorities. When I got hired there were only three women out of 100+ sales representatives and two of them were hired when I was hired. Maybe it has to do with the fact that there are more male engineers than female but still, I was sad every day at work.
