The huge potential in the product lines make it easy to be enthusiastic. Hearing from others how far ahead KeyedIn is in the Saas market space is extremely encouraging. Friendly and helpful work environment at the office. Everybody Recently changed the dress policy allowing casual wear on any days - huge plus. Lots of talent in the office and the company consciously aims to groom and grow from within.
Cons
It's taken longer to get some products off the ground which has allowed frustration and doubts creep into some heads within the company. Feels like the personal factor can be used as a bias to certain points. Favoritism is a problem. Having everyone spread all over the place makes it hard to effectively communicate. Over complicated processes in place for a start-up company.
