Very laid back work environment and the management team is not always breathing down your neck. They will correct you when need correcting but other than that they let you work. Everyone works fairly well with each other.

advancement in employment at the company seems minimal. After a certain amount of time at the company, it would be nice to get an opportunity for advancement or a promotion at a higher position.
