Pros
The Human Resources team is great. Management is supportive of remote working, if it is supported by the clients that hire us. They provide yearly salary adjustments that seem to range from 2-4% and occasional promotions with higher salary adjustments.
Cons
There have been growing pains moving from being a small company to a mid-sized company. For example, they only recently started a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiative, and it has been built from employees volunteering their unpaid time.
