Pros
Company has the potential of being something great, but a lot of the tactics and individuals tied into the business violate my personal (and legal) ethical beliefs.
Cons
Disorganized and inexperienced "partners" and franchise owners. Everyone took a "master class" and now they know real estate. (eye roll). I am a licensed agent and found a lot of their tactics to be unethical and down-right illegal. I.e. fake POFs, misleading agents and home owners by proclaiming to be an "end buyer", marketing properties for sale that they have no monetary attachment to and they are unlicensed. I also waiting over 4 months to be paid my "commissions" only for the owner of KeyGlee Savannah to send me a check that bounced and then never paying me for other closed transactions, stating that they "fell through" even though I have MLS access and can very much SEE that the deal closed. Just bad business all around.
