Pros
Great company to work for, was managed by Julie and great team bonding especially when we all travelled to Newcastle head office for team meetings.
Cons
Once they had gotten rid of Jim the previous CEO and alot of old staff, things went downhill for this great company. It was then managed by ex learndirect leadership/staff, you would think they would have learnt something about mismanagement , clearly not.
