Looks like this company periodically wipes out their profile and starts a new one to run from unhappy people they screwed over. That's fine I have plenty of time to check back every so often to let my experience there be heard. -Here's the gist, this is an awful place to work and the employee turn over is exponentially higher here than any other dealership I've worked at in the last 15 years. I'm not talking about their sales dept. I'm talking about the whole place. Worthless benefits, HORRID upper management, and some strong favoritism gets played here if you want to sell cars. Upper management likes to brag about their two long time (30+ years) employees, one was unhappy with management and looking for a way out when I was there, and the other worked in the back office and was completely separate from the miserable environment that is the rest of the workplace. If you really want to work here, go around town and ask people about it, you MIGHT get 1 out of 10 people who would say something good about this place. With the current regime in place for as long as its been, I'm genuinely surprised Ford hasn't forced them to sell.
