Pros
Can be a fun place to work sometimes, not a super stressful position, decent perks within the hotel, can learn how to do your job pretty easily
Cons
Managers either love you or hate you, you will be expected to do other people's work sometimes, when it gets slow you have to just stand and wait for customers, you'll get yelled at by customers for things you don't control, servers are regarded higher and get away with a lot more, can be frustrating dealing with coworkers, NO breaks
