Pros

Owners are very easy on the eyes and all colleagues have positive vibes (no negativity, mind games or work drama!) Pet friendly work place! Free and open to take on as much new work load as you're comfortable with. This dealership is unique in the sense that the owners immediately acknowledge someone who is ready to step up. This is the perfect place for your professional development. EXTREMELY patient owners and colleagues. The entire staff at Key Auto have been nothing but supportive and welcoming of my learning curve despite the amount mistakes I've made. This is especially true for the owners who treat the entire staff as equals not subordinates. Free Coffee! Entire office is working as a single unit towards a team goal. If you're working here you're valued equally regardless of what your job title is. Benefits with no deductions from your pay!

Owners are too nice and lenient - some staff may inadvertently not fully realize or understand the significance of any specific situation.

Small company Commission + Base pay (minimum wage) Every Sunday off, one extra day/week off (two in total) Friendly co-workers and management Lots of autonomy and freedom

Cons

Prepare to be bored - you make between 40-70 calls / day to clients You call the same ~200 people every few days Part-time work unavailable Cannot take additional days off for any reason Must divvy-up new clients, sometimes none come in 9 hour days of sitting in a chair cold-calling people Will be asked/told/required to clean/deliver/detail cars Office is out of the way No staff parking available
