      - can explore many things - suitable for those who like challenges - hybrid working (sometimes have to be onsite at the client's place) - reimburse transportation costs to the client - holidays depend on the country of residence

      Cons

      - too much pressure - lack of appreciation and even not caring about employees - poor management - delayed salary due to poor financial management here and no compensation for delayed salary - no strong bonding between employees

      1. Salary delays (can stretch up to 13-15 days) 2. CPF Delays stretching over multiple weeks ( not even informed there late paymentstill check cpf app) 3. Need to complain to TADM and cpf to retrieve cpf and salary
