4 days on, 3 off. Then 3 days on, 4 off. 12 hour shifts. Competitive pay and good benefits. If you dont have your LME they will send you through school and reimburse you if you pass. Great PTO.
Cons
12 hr shifts can be tough, and you generally end up on graveyard.
Some ... I use that sparingly .. some of the coworkers were friendly.
Cons
Training was brief... some of the leads of supervisors would berate you for not catching on as fast as they did if you are having problems with the machines, some are different..
My biggest complaint is the discrimination there. If you aren't related either by marriage or blood which most of the staff is or seems to be.. than you'll be treated as a lesser and given less grace for your mistakes.
When I made a small mistake regarding lot numbers on the packaging film.. I was told by a supervisor and QA that I wouldn't get in trouble and it was fine... a day or two later I find myself being written up. So they clearly have no issue lying to your face.
And at the end after I put in my two weeks notice and served the entirety of my two weeks the liason for Elwood staffing located in Albany oregon..
Wrote a false report saying I didn't show on my last day and a few other details and had me unfairly put on a do not hire list.
Not only did this woman lie.. she also falsified official documents which were entirely unfair and unfounded as I did my entire time there to completion.
