Pros
Everyone is caring and friendly from environmental services to the President. My co-workers work as a team and really care about our patients and each other.
Cons
Working for a large organization can sometimes make you feel as if you are in a cookie cutter mold as the organization does try to standardize policies and procedures across the network. Most of the time this is a good thing, but sometimes it can take away from the culture of your individual hospital.
