Political & weak - Senior Manager Kettering General Hospital Employee Review

Senior management and HR knew they had a serious issue with underperforming staff yet didn’t do anything to remove them. Ironically HR then complained about work not being completed by these underperforming staff. Some of the very senior management are over-promoted and not very good at managing their work load. Good at blaming others for their failings and don’t support staff who are working very hard to make the place better. Senior leadership team is seriously top heavy and seems to grow month but month. Most of the buildings are very old, not unusual to see rats around the place.
