      Pros

      The early shifts worked for me.

      Cons

      Hours are poorly distributed. Good employees tend to leave as they are unappreciated. There is no pre screening, drivers are treated disrespectful. Rules that are agreed upon at hire are not followed through by supervisor and there are no consequences for rule breakers.

      Pros

      Amazing work-life balance. All levels of management are great people who are very easy to reach. The recruiting team is close and constantly in communication with each other.

      Cons

      A bit behind in terms of software to speed certain aspects up but not a big deal at all, no cons really.
