      Some employees are very dedicated and hard working despite the work.

      Cons

      Culture is terrible. No concern for employees at all. Senior management has no idea what really goes on. The plants are completely neglected and safety is a joke.

      Pros

      Was a consistently open job, always was available for overtime in a maintenance level.

      Cons

      Not for everyone. I worked for them 11 years. New management restructured company. Which removed my job from the company, they offer a lesser position. Found new job to stay in the automation position.
