Pros

* Strong, collaborative cross-functional teams that make day-to-day work enjoyable. * Competitive compensation, particularly for employees who joined recently. * Senior leadership based in Israel places a genuine emphasis on work-life balance.

Cons

* Ongoing North American plant closures have created uncertainty and morale challenges. * North American HR leadership is perceived as inconsistent and has contributed to a difficult employee-relations environment. * Operations leadership lacks deep commercial and hands-on operating experience, leading to decisions that don’t always reflect business realities. * Long-term underinvestment in plant maintenance and equipment reliability has impacted operational stability. * U.S.-based employees face structural challenges to advancement, regardless of performance.

Pros

Was a consistently open job, always was available for overtime in a maintenance level.

Cons

Not for everyone. I worked for them 11 years. New management restructured company. Which removed my job from the company, they offer a lesser position. Found new job to stay in the automation position.
