Great benefits, but leadership lacks professionalism - Food and Beverage Manager Keswick Hall Employee Review

I strongly agree to almost all questions on this survey and I answered truthfully. I truly love working here. I have worked in multiple locations across the US and this is by far my favorite! They really focus on our culture and employee appreciation. They even do two employee parties a year with some really great prizes, food and activities. Management is mostly very supportive and want to pass on their knowledge so we can grow professionally. Of course, not matter where you work that is a bad egg in management because of your work style vs theirs. It would never make me want to leave though. I learn something new everyday and I highly recommend you apply!

I wish we were a bigger metro area so we had more employees want to work here. The commute is worth the wait though! We have a good amount of team members driving from Richmond! Tough communication between departments sometimes. It is getting better, slowly.

Company provided lunch for every employee every day.
