Serious lack of leadership and diversity - this is a “good friends club” kind of atmosphere If you have real opinions, you better be feisty to fend of the “favorites” that are the few who have been promoted time-and-time again instead of left either thru layoffs or by personal resignation Look at churn and growth rates - they don’t add up. It’s a serious concern overlooked by The Board, because they’re all “buddy-buddy” with Management. No growth potential for new employees.
