Leadership is manipulative, insincere, and performative, fostering a culture of fear, favoritism, and subtle harassment. Dedicated employees are routinely overlooked, while preferred teams are praised regardless of actual effort or results. Turnover is rampant, and anyone who challenges leadership or raises legitimate issues is sidelined, reassigned, or let go. Daily operations are chaotic and uncoordinated. Supervisors are often absent, disengaged, or overly reliant on the CPO while neglecting their own responsibilities. Check-ins are infrequent, superficial, or blindsiding, leaving staff unsupported and frustrated. Attempts to improve systems, provide candid feedback, or take initiative are dismissed or punished.
