Colleagues are very helpful and patient. Ask if you don’t know and they will help you with full detail guide.
Cons
Production staffs and management are rude. They wanted to be spoon fed even if you gave the full detail in specifications and other documents. There’s always a design and production meeting almost 5 times a week which is a waste of valuable time and you will only listen to the production managers rant for hours! You can’t rely on medical benefits you have to get your own most especially for expats living in abroad.
