We are sorry that your experience for working for Kerv was less than you had hoped. We genuinely care and strive to make Kerv a Great Place To Work and are proud that we have achieved this independently assessed award for the last 2 years. We know that we can always improve on all matters whether increasing our diversity, building an inclusive environment with a strong sense of belonging. We do recognise our teams can be stretched, and we have an open culture and tools available for an employee to be able to raise any concerns (anonymously) at any time. As you will know from your time at Kerv, most of our staff choose to complete a weekly pulse survey to tell us (anonymously) how they are feeling and what their experience of working at Kerv is like. It’s this feedback that has helped develop a culture that we are proud of, although we’re very sad to hear this was not your experience during your time with us.
