Pros
This job was a phenomenal start for new pharmacy technicians entering into the pharmacy industry. Flexible work hours and plenty of learning opportunities made it possible to build a sturdy foundation to begin a successful career.
Cons
There was not very much room to grow once you received your Certification that was pretty much all that was left. I found it difficult to branch out within the company.
