Flexibility for when I needed time for doctors appointments

Lots to learn in a short amount of time

Health insurance. I don't work here anymore. Way better pay and do the job I was hired to do.

Ohio and Michichagn. You do multiple job duties on top of your hired one. Lazy people get to screw off. Germans get favored. Management doesn't care about employees. Just getting work done with small crew. People leave and are not replaced. Hard workers get stuck doing these jobs. Very cheap. No idea of what usa workers get paid. Once in you get nothing more .you arent paid fairly for your hired duties and are not paid for the other job title you get stuck with. Just excuses. No structure.
