The pay is great. This is the only pro.
Cons
KHS is EXTREMELY strict. They not only record your computer screens all day but record every call you take. You are only allowed a max of 2 minutes to leave members on hold which is impossible for difficult calls. After each call, you HAVE to write notes on EVERYTHING that happened or else you will receive an audit that literally tells you what you didn't include in your note. If you forgot to do one thing on the call, they will tell you to call the member back and apologize. If you start taking too long on your notes the supervisors will start harassing you asking you why are you taking so long and why aren't you taking calls. This job literally messed up my mental health.
