      Great learning opportunities. A small startup team. I got the opportunities to learn different things in a short time and handled different tasks. The CEO of the team is very like to communicate and offer me the help I need.

      As a remote intern, I only talk to the CEO. Would like to know more about this team and this company.

      You get high pay. You get a decent work environment. You get onshore opportunities.

      Your capabilities will most probably be exploited. You will be on the bench for no particular reason. You are one of the hundreds of thousands of employees, hence no special recognition The change in technology will make you suffer if you don't keep up. IT sector is one of the industries which practices large downsizing at times. You might get frustrated with your job.
