Only 20 leaves, 5 sick + 15 earned; Unused leaves can't be carried over to next year; Leaves must be approved by managers well in advance - Zero variety in terms of industries and clients, the company website exaggerates the type of work; Only works in financial services, and 85-90% of work comes just from a single client
