      Pros

      Great and invaluable experience gained in a tough environment. Wouldn’t recommend long term!! Worked with some of the best people in my career! Builds resilience. Dealing with high pressure and stress.

      Cons

      No life balance - long hours. No benefits e.g. health, pension etc. Food business is tough industry.

      Pros

      Good salary until you realise the work hours and unpaid overtime which is expected in certain divisions. Diverse workload, every day is different. the people are great. Casual dress on Fridays and Cake Fridays.

      Cons

      Poor time management regards meeting schedules, a lot of projects are left to the last minute, staying late on Fridays, great leadership but poor managers, treated like children. High turnover is hard to deal with.
