      Pros

      After probation, pay is quite good for job and they do look after their staff if you work hard.

      Cons

      Unfortunately if you are English you are not treated well by many employees, although there was a hanfull of people were very nice and treated me the same as everyone else. The majority are very rude and swear at you in their own language, body block you when your trying to carry out your work and generally make you feel very un-welcome

      Pros

      Good salary until you realise the work hours and unpaid overtime which is expected in certain divisions. Diverse workload, every day is different. the people are great. Casual dress on Fridays and Cake Fridays.

      Cons

      Poor time management regards meeting schedules, a lot of projects are left to the last minute, staying late on Fridays, great leadership but poor managers, treated like children. High turnover is hard to deal with.
